Here’s the simplest way to use this system. Your Name: Please use your full name, especially if you are writing about billing problems. Your Email: Please use the Email address that you use for your orders. This helps speed up the response. Order Number: This is the number that you find on the confirmation that we send you. If you don’t give the order number, your problem might not get handled the right way. Department: Please use the drop down menu to determine which department your problem should go to, ranging from “Billing” to “Technical.” If you’re not sure, click “Other.” Description Box: Tell us your problem as specifically as possible. For instance, if a DVD doesn’t play, tell us what kind of machine, and so on. The more you tell us, the quicker the solution can be found. |
