In that E-mail, please include the following information: If the suggestion from the tech department doesn't work, then e-mail the tech support department. At that time, they will give you an RMA number. Then please follow the next steps: For Domestic Returns: Please return the product with its box and labels (art cover) and mail it to our processing center with your RMA number clearly marked on the package. For International Returns: Leave the product in its box or ship the Label enclosed with the DVD and mail it to our processing center, again, with your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
